Is it unusual for white students to be paddled by black teachers/principals (or vice versa)? - paddled by the teacher
In states where corporal punishment in schools legally what common or rare for a black leader of the white students, a whip or a primary goal for black students whip? Is there an unwritten rule that interracial corporal punishment?

What? I can not imagine that every state allow corporal punishment! I wonder if they know everything, but. Do you want division with this issue or a serious thing?
I hope that this would be very unusual for the students, who rowed with everyone, everywhere and under all circumstances.
However, if you know (or African American or Latino or ...) and its director are is a different breed, and it's worth - is the punishment. I can not imagine that many filmmakers and give students an idea in mind - aside from the fact that the sentence itself is barbaric.
